Image and Audio Recording

At Mirage Poker Club events, image and audio recordings are made. By accepting this house rule and participating in the Event, the Participant, without any further inquiry, gives their prior and explicit consent to the recording and publication of their face, appearance, and statements through audio and/or photo recordings made by the Organizer or a professional commissioned by the Organizer at the Event, with the condition that they may only be identified with their explicit consent. If the Participant is considered a public figure, they may be identified without their consent. The creator of the aforementioned recordings will acquire an unlimited, transferable, and exclusive right to use them in terms of space, time, and method of use. The Organizer is entitled, without any limitations, to freely utilize, use (e.g., for promoting the Events), reproduce, publish, adapt, disclose, broadcast, and distribute the audio and/or image recordings made of the Participant in accordance with relevant legal provisions and with respect to personality rights. The Participant is not entitled to any compensation, either in advance or afterward, and cannot make any claims or demands against the Organizer.
